Is this you?

You have a product, a few customers, and a runway. What you do not have is a marketing team, six months to hire one, or the budget to learn on a typical agency's retainer. That is exactly where we start.

02 The early-stage problem

You don't need a bigger budget. You need the right first 90 days.

Most early-stage B2B SaaS and B2B founders are doing marketing between customer calls and investor updates. Lots of experiments, very little compounding. The causes are almost always the same three.

  1. 01

    Hiring is slow and expensive

A first marketing hire takes six months to find if you find the right one, costs a senior salary, and still needs tools, freelancers, and ramp time before anything ships.

  2. 02

Agencies are built for scale, not for seed

Their playbooks assume budgets you do not have. Juniors learn on your account, and by the time anyone understands your ICP, the retainer has outlived the runway.

  3. 03

    Experiments without a system

Cold email, a few ads, some content, all running at once. No ICP filter, no tracking, and nobody can say which of them is actually creating pipeline.

03 Programs

Which part of the journey are you in?

After 150+ early-stage B2B SaaS and B2B companies, we have built two programs, one for each stage from discovery to scale. Each has a fixed scope, a fixed length, and a flat monthly fee.

Program 01

Pipeline

$100K to $1M ARR

Turn what you learned into a repeatable pipeline.

Demand exists. Now it needs a CRM that tells the truth, ABM and paid media trained on pipeline, and the sales process to close what comes in.

  • 6 months
  • Senior operator + AI agents
  • SQL and MQL targets agreed up front
  • Start here. CRM audit and clean-up, so every lead and deal is trackable from day one
  • Marketing and messaging framework, tested in-market
  • AI-powered prospecting database and email outreach infrastructure
  • Thought leadership framework for founders and the first sales hire
  • ABM framework with ads across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, trained on pipeline
  • SQL and MQL targets agreed up front, reported weekly, so pipeline becomes predictable
  • Landing pages designed and built, AI-assisted, tested against each other
  • Sales SOPs: handoffs, follow-ups, and qualification your first AE can run

04 Agency vs in-house vs us

Not an in-house team. Not a typical agency.

Early-stage B2B SaaS and B2B founders, hear us out. You do not need a first marketing hire yet, and you cannot afford to learn on a scale-stage agency. You need an AI-powered extended team. Here is the honest comparison.

05 How we work

What the first 90 days look like

Same shape in both programs: set up the truth, get in front of buyers fast, learn in public, then put money and time only behind what converts.

  1. 1Days 1 to 7

    Discovery and setup

ICP and discovery questionnaire, HubSpot, tracking, ad accounts, and outreach infrastructure in your name

  2. 2Days 8 to 21

    In front of buyers

Prospecting database built, outbound on email and LinkedIn live, first campaigns where the budget earns them

  3. 3Days 22 to 60

    Learn and iterate

Discovery conversations, messaging tested in-market, every experiment logged with what we expected and what happened

  4. 4Days 61 to 90

    Double down

Budget and time follow the channels creating pipeline; ABM and paid layered on; targets reset with the data

What you get every week

07 FAQ

Early-stage FAQs

Still deciding?

Thirty minutes with the senior operator who would run your account. Bring your ARR and runway.

Meet an expert
What does GrowthSpree count as early-stage?

Pre-seed to Series A B2B SaaS and B2B companies between first revenue and roughly $1M ARR. That usually means a founder or a very small team is still doing the selling, there is no marketing hire yet, and the budget has to prove itself month by month. We have worked with 150+ companies at this stage, including Rocketlane, Gumlet, Hatica, Atomicwork, and Salt.

Which program is right for us?

If you are under $100K ARR and still learning who buys and why, start with the Customer Discovery program: four months, 30 discovery conversations, and a GTM analysis you can raise and hire against. If you are between $100K and $1M ARR with some proof of demand, the Pipeline program (six months) turns that proof into a repeatable inbound and outbound engine with SQL and MQL targets agreed up front.

How is this cheaper than hiring in-house?

A senior operator runs your account and in-house AI agents do the daily grind: prospecting databases, reporting, outreach infrastructure, and campaign monitoring. That AI plus human model costs about one fifth of an in-house team of equivalent seniority, and there is no six-month hiring search, no ramp time, and no notice period.

How quickly can we start?

Within days of the first call. Onboarding covers access, ICP, and tracking in the first week, and outreach or campaigns are live in the first three weeks. Compare that with the six months or more it typically takes to recruit a first marketing hire.

Do we need an ad budget to work with GrowthSpree?

Not for the Customer Discovery program, which runs on outbound email, LinkedIn, and founder-led content. Paid media comes in when there is a message and an ICP worth putting money behind, usually in the Pipeline program. Even then, we have built growth engines on lean budgets: Trackxi quadrupled trial starts on about $5K a month, and Uptiq.ai built $400K+ of pipeline from $2,700 of ad spend.

What tools do you set up, and who owns them?

You own everything. We set up the marketing stack in your accounts: HubSpot (at no extra cost), Google Analytics, Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, UTMs, ad accounts, outreach infrastructure such as Instantly and Dripify, and attribution through Factors.AI. If we ever part ways, nothing leaves with us.

How do you report, and how often do we talk?

Real-time reporting with full-funnel visibility, powered by our AI agents, so you never wait for a monthly deck. We meet weekly on a fixed cadence and are available daily on Slack or WhatsApp. Every experiment is logged with what we expected, what happened, and what changes next.

Does GrowthSpree work with product-led (PLG) early-stage B2B SaaS?

Yes. For product-led companies we optimize toward signups, activations, and paid conversions sent back from your product rather than demo requests. The programs stay the same; the targets and the events we train channels on change.

What results have early-stage clients seen?

Gumlet closed a $24K ARR deal from $3,800 of LinkedIn spend, a 6.3x ROAS in two months. Rocketlane cut its cost per demo 36% and grew inbound sales 15% month over month after starting with us at seed stage. Atomicwork built $750K of enterprise pipeline. Hubilo generated $294K of pipeline in 90 days. Results vary by stage and budget, which is why targets are agreed up front, not promised on a sales call.
