📝 Responsibilities

CRM & RevOps Support

  • Assist in managing HubSpot CRM workflows, lead stages, and pipeline operations
  • Support data cleanup, lead enrichment, segmentation, and reporting tasks
  • Help maintain CRM hygiene and operational accuracy

Automation & Workflow Assistance

  • Support the team in building and monitoring workflows using n8n and other automation tools
  • Assist in connecting tools, setting up automations, and troubleshooting basic workflow issues
  • Help document SOPs and operational processes

Reporting & Data Operations

  • Assist in preparing operational and campaign performance reports
  • Track workflow execution, lead movement, and process efficiency
  • Support teams with data analysis and operational insights

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Marketing, RevOps, and Performance teams on operational tasks
  • Assist in campaign setup, tracking validation, and internal process execution
  • Learn and contribute to improving internal systems and workflows

🚀 Skills & Requirements

Educational Background & Mindset

  • Recent graduate or final-year student with strong logical and analytical thinking skills
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn Marketing Operations and RevOps
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Tools & Technical Exposure

  • Exposure to HubSpot, n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar automation/CRM tools is desirable
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems, workflows, and lead management processes
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or automation platforms is a plus

Communication & Work Style

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized, process-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple tasks

Analytical & Operational Thinking

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and operational data
  • Ability to think logically about workflows, automations, and process improvements
  • Interest in understanding how marketing, sales, and operations work together in B2B SaaS
