📝 Responsibilities

Marketing Automation & Workflow Management

  • Build and manage automation workflows using n8n and other automation platforms
  • Create integrations between CRMs, marketing tools, ad platforms, and internal systems
  • Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve execution speed and accuracy

CRM & Lead Operations

  • Manage HubSpot workflows, lifecycle stages, lead routing, and pipeline operations
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy, cleanliness, and proper attribution tracking
  • Support marketing and sales teams with reporting, segmentation, and campaign operations

AI-Driven Operations

  • Use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to streamline research, reporting, documentation, and execution workflows
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through AI and automation
  • Build repeatable SOPs and scalable operational processes using AI-assisted systems

Reporting & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign operations, workflow performance, and automation health
  • Generate operational dashboards and performance reports for internal teams
  • Troubleshoot workflow failures, integration issues, and process inefficiencies proactively

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Performance Marketing, ABM, RevOps, and Content teams
  • Support campaign launches, tracking setup, and lead management operations
  • Collaborate on improving attribution, reporting accuracy, and operational scalability

🚀 Skills & Requirements

Marketing Operations & Automation Experience

  • 0.6–2 years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, CRM Operations, or Automation roles
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of marketing and sales workflows in B2B SaaS environments

CRM & Data Management

  • Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
  • Experience managing lead flows, lifecycle stages, automation workflows, and data hygiene
  • Ability to troubleshoot sync issues, attribution gaps, and operational bottlenecks

AI & Automation Tool Proficiency

  • Comfortable using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and AI-assisted workflows
  • Ability to leverage AI for reporting, workflow optimization, research, and operational efficiency
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, integrations, and automation logic is preferred

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking
  • Ability to analyze operational issues and build scalable solutions
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools

Communication & Work Style

  • Clear communication skills for collaborating across marketing, sales, and operations teams
  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly as tools and processes evolve
