📝 Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Independently manage 2–3 B2B SaaS client accounts across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads
Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns aligned with pipeline and revenue goals
Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and landing page requirements
Ensure campaign hygiene, tracking accuracy, and smooth execution across platforms
Performance & Reporting
Track and improve campaign KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPL, SQL rate, pipeline value, and ROAS
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Identify optimization opportunities through analytics, heatmaps, CRM data, and AI-driven insights
Monitor lead quality and collaborate with RevOps/sales teams for feedback loops
Client & Team Collaboration
Act as the primary execution point of contact for assigned accounts
Collaborate with senior strategists on account growth opportunities and experimentation
Share learnings, insights, and best practices with internal team members
Proactively flag risks, bottlenecks, and performance issues before escalation
🚀 Skills & Requirements
Performance Marketing Experience
1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns
Proven experience independently managing 2–3 client accounts end-to-end
Exposure to B2B SaaS, lead generation, or demand generation campaigns
Campaign Management & Optimization
Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation
Ability to optimize campaigns based on pipeline and revenue metrics, not just CPL
Experience running A/B tests across ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and messaging
Analytics & Martech Stack
Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, HubSpot, or Salesforce CRM
Comfortable analyzing campaign performance across the full funnel (MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Revenue)
Familiarity with AI-powered marketing workflows and automation tools is preferred
Communication & Ownership
Strong communication and client management skills
Ability to present campaign insights, recommendations, and performance updates confidently
Self-driven and capable of managing timelines, priorities, and client expectations independently
