  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with demonstrated B2B SaaS or demand generation expertise  
  • Minimum 2 years of people management experience — leading a team of 3+ specialists across 10+ client accounts  
  • Deep understanding of B2B funnels, lead lifecycle (MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Closed-Won), and pipeline-based optimization  
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Clarity, HubSpot or Salesforce CRM, and standard attribution tools  
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications preferred  
  • Strong analytical skills — you think in data, not opinions — and can translate numbers into action  
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for client-facing interactions  
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, AI-forward environment where tools evolve weekly

📝 Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads for multiple B2B SaaS client accounts  
  • Own end-to-end campaign lifecycle — from keyword/audience research and budget planning to creative direction, bid strategy, and performance reporting  
  • Plan and optimize landing pages to maximize lead conversion, demo bookings, and pipeline contribution  
  • Run disciplined A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve performance  

Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor and optimize against pipeline-stage metrics: CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, SQL rate, pipeline value, and ROAS — not just top-of-funnel vanity numbers  
  • Use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, HubSpot/Salesforce CRM, and GrowthSpree’s proprietary MCP analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and traffic quality  
  • Generate actionable performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders, translating data into clear strategic recommendations  
  • Use AI-powered tools (MCP, QLA, Claude) as force multipliers for analysis, reporting, and optimization speed  

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3–5 performance marketing specialists  
  • Set standards for campaign quality, execution speed, and analytical rigor across the team  
  • Build repeatable playbooks and SOPs for campaign types, platforms, and client verticals  
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skill development plans  

Budget & Client Impact

  • Manage and allocate budgets across multiple client accounts and channels to maximize pipeline ROI  
  • Drive bid and budget optimization strategies that improve efficiency without sacrificing scale  
  • Perform competitor and market analysis within B2B SaaS to identify demand signals and growth opportunities  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — ABM, Content, RevOps, Design — to ensure campaign alignment with full-funnel strategy
