Paid Media & Demand Generation Experience
0.5–2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Exposure to B2B SaaS or demand generation campaigns
Experience handling live ad budgets and campaign optimization
B2B Funnel & Conversion Understanding
Strong understanding of B2B funnels and lead lifecycle (MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Closed-Won)
Knowledge of conversion-focused optimization strategies
Ability to think beyond vanity metrics and focus on pipeline impact
Analytics & Tools Proficiency
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and HubSpot or Salesforce CRM
Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications preferred
Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, automation platforms, MCP, and QLA
Analytical & Communication Skills
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Clear written and verbal communication skills for client-facing reporting
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, AI-first environment
Work Environment & Mindset
Ability to adapt quickly as tools and workflows evolve
Bias for action with a ship-fast, iterate-fast mindset
Comfortable in a work-from-office setup only
📝 Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Set up, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
Manage keyword research, audience targeting, budget pacing, creatives, and bidding
Optimize landing pages for demo bookings, lead quality, and pipeline contribution
Run structured A/B testing across ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Performance & Analytics
Monitor KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, SQL rate, pipeline value, and ROAS
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Clarity, CRM data, and MCP analytics
Generate actionable reports and strategic recommendations for clients
Use AI-powered tools to improve optimization and reporting speed
Team Leadership
Collaborate closely with senior performance marketers
Contribute to campaign playbooks and SOP development
Coordinate with junior specialists and interns on execution tasks
Take ownership of assigned accounts and proactively identify opportunities and risks
Budget & Client Impact
Manage and allocate budgets across multiple client accounts
Improve efficiency through bid and budget optimization strategies
Conduct competitor and market research within B2B SaaS
Collaborate with ABM, Content, RevOps, and Design teams for full-funnel alignment
